FlyForward was born out of frustration with how hard aviation is to break into as a young person. We're a student-led charity opening doors across the UK - through real events, connections, mentorship, and opportunities that didn't exist before we built them. We primarily support students aged 14–25 passionate about aviation. We welcome all stages - whether you've never been near an aircraft or you're mid-way through a qualification.
Absolutely not - and this is core to what makes us different. Aviation is a vast industry with hundreds of career paths beyond the flight deck. We champion ATC, engineering, operations, management, law, sustainability and more.
