2. An industry of thousands of careers with your name on one of them - from the flight deck to the control tower, the hangar to the boardroom - and the community that helps you land it. See also: your future.
FlyForward was born out of frustration with how hard aviation is to break into as a young person. We're a student-led charity opening doors across the UK - through real events, connections, mentorship, and opportunities that didn't exist before we built them. Every corner of the industry, every career - not just the flight deck.
"I started FlyForward at 16 after realising how difficult aviation is to break into as a young person. With limited opportunities and high costs, it often feels like the skies are out of reach. FlyForward exists to change that - for every aspiring aviator, whatever role calls to them."
Pilot is just the beginning. FlyForward helps you map out every path into the industry - engineering, air traffic control, dispatch, cabin operations and beyond - so you're never limited to the one role everyone thinks of first.
Join aspiring aviators across the UK who are already building their future with FlyForward. Membership is open now.
